Please make sure to check some of these before redeeming your voucher:
- You entered the code incorrectly;
- You are logging into your Steam account from an unauthorized area;
- you are using a proxy that carries an IP address to a region outside of Indonesia;
- Some universities/offices may block certain ports (including those that Steam uses).
As for the cases mentioned above, you will receive a message notification on the redeem page and retry the voucher key within the next 30 minutes.
