Why is the number of MLBB diamonds I received less than what I should receive?
Codashop found many cases where players who had user IDs with the Indonesian region made Top-Up through Codashop Brasil through resellers.
It is important to note that starting October 27, 2020, Moonton has enforced a regulation that reduces the number of diamonds by 25% from the nominal purchase due to:
1) The user ID that the player uses is not user ID of Brazil region, therefore the player is subject to a penalty by reducing the number of diamonds that the player gets, by 25%.
2) There is a difference in the price of the nominal diamond between Codashop Indonesia and Codashop Brasil.
