How to Purchase Using Smartfren Credit

After selecting the game and the top-up amount, select the Smartfren payment method;

Enter your email address and click the "Buy Now" button;

 

*Note:
Please ensure that the email address you enter is a valid and active email address.

Order details will be displayed. Please check again and make sure that the data is correct.

Click the "Confirm" button to continue;

Enter your Smartfren number and click the "Continue" button;

The system will send a 3-digit code to the number you entered.

If you do not receive the code, please click the "Resend SMS" button;

This is the display of the SMS containing the code that was sent.

Please make sure to enter the code as soon as possible after the code is received (we recommend entering the code a maximum of 5 minutes after the code is obtained). Because the code has an expiry time;

After entering the code, click the "Confirm" button;

Transaction complete!

 

You will see a successful notification and transaction details.

Notes:

  • Make sure you type the 3-digit numbers correctly according to the message received at the payment window, such as the explanation in points 6 and 7;
  • If during a transaction you receive an error code, please check the following link;
  • If you use a device with a dual sim card, please make sure only one card is activated based on the payment method to ensure the network is more stable.
