If you do not receive an SMS after entering your mobile number on the payment page, please check the following:
- Make sure that you are in an area with good signal coverage;
- Make sure that your mobile number can send and receive SMS (if possible, we recommend trying to send and receive SMS to/from your friends);
- If you are sure there are no problems with receiving or sending your number, please restart your phone and try again after 15 minutes. Sometimes carriers that work with Coda have technical problems with their SMS delivery.
- Please check the "Service Announcements" section on our Help Center page as we will inform you of ongoing technical issues. Usually, this problem will be resolved within 1-2 hours, so you should try again later.
